Are there other payments methods, other than Credit Card?
Yes, we support the following payments methods: Wire transfer, eTransfer, pre-authorized debit, and even good old payment by check. Our invoices are ‘Net 30’ payment term, and we charge 1.5% late payment fee. In case your check bounce, a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee will apply ($50).
What's the difference between SystemX's plans?
The Entrepreneur plan is designed to give you a chance to explore our product and get a real sense of SystemX capabilities. A chance to see if it will work well for your venture. You will save money while you’re getting started with SystemX. Yet, this plan does have a few limitations. You are limited to no more than five users setup in the system. A small SystemX logo will be displayed on all printed materials. And lastly, You’ll stay on this plan until you have accepted $50k in total payments made through SystemX. Once you exceed $50k, you’ll have a choice of continuing with either our Business or A-la-Carte plan. When your company start growing and you exceed one of the mentioned limitations, SystemX will automatically switch you to Business plan.

The A-la-carte plan allows you to choose only certain modules that your business need. As such, you only pay for what you need.
All our plans are available monthly or as an annual option which gives you an additional 17% in savings.
How do I switch between plans?
All of our plans start with a free 14-day trial, after which you’re ready to choose one of our membership plans. The best way to handle this change is to reach out to our support team at support@systemX.net. Every request is tracked to make sure we resolve it to your full satisfaction.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free 14-days trial. No credit card required. After this trial, your account will be locked. We will keep your data for 90 days giving you an option to start paid membership and access all data you accumulate.
How long does it take to get started with SystemX?
SystemX is intuitive and fast. The moment you signup, your new SystemX tenant will be created for you on the fly. Immediately, you’ll have direct access to an onboarding consultant, available to help get to know SystemX and make sure it’s a good fit for your business. How many clients, projects, quotes can I create in each plan?
There are no limitation to how many clients, projects and quotes you create in SystemX. Unlimited. SystemX is capable of handling large multinational accounts with millions of records. You are in good hands.
How do I use a discount code?
If you have been given a discount code, you can apply it to your outstanding amount at the time of checkout. If it is not being accepted, please email us as support@systemx.net.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Is there a fee on transactions I make through SystemX?
It is an industry-wide standard to take a transaction fee for processing online payments. SystemX charges a flat 3% fee on credit card transactions or flat 1% fee on bank transfers. It is on par or lower than other online payment processors. It is more convenient for your clients to accept payments online. It gets you paid faster, adds security, and eliminate face-to-face infection or wait due to the paper work. In SystemX, you can track payments, keeping your finances organized and giving you quick insights into your revenue.
